Graphic Festival Four

Event Description

"Great things are made from a series of small steps brought together." – Van Gogh.
Inspired by this quote, our journey with the Graphic Festival began, becoming the most significant and pivotal event in Syntax’s annual activities. After months of work, workshops, sessions, and messages from young people with genuine passion for design, we had to come back and offer a unique day. On Tuesday, April 24, 2018, we gathered at the New Cairo Library from 1 PM to 6 PM for a day that brought together creativity and expertise.

The fourth edition stood out for its diverse topics and the presence of inspiring speakers in their fields:

Mohamed Zagzoug – Spoke about the world of motion graphics, how to start in it, and how to develop our style as motion artists.

Shaza Shabana – Took us on a visual journey into the world of illustration, sharing how a drawing can become an idea, an identity, and a medium of expression.

Karim Abushousha – Delivered a powerful session on 3D art, discussing its tools, challenges, and the magic of turning ideas into tangible, realistic creations.

This edition was full of energy, content, and genuine love for art, confirming that what we’re building together isn’t just a moment—it’s a community forming step by step.
