Event Description

Here was the most powerful gathering for everyone passionate about user experience!  
On September 28, we were at Makanak Workspace – Fifth Settlement, as part of the EG UX Meetup, where we held a workshop titled:  

"Because you probably don’t realize how important mentoring is!"  

This workshop was unlike any before, as it sparked a crucial discussion about one of the most transformative aspects of your professional journey:  
**Mentorship**.  

During the workshop, we tackled questions that many people think about but struggle to find clear answers for:  

1️⃣ Do I really need a mentor, or can I go it alone?  
2️⃣ If I need one, how do I choose the right person? How do I find them?  
3️⃣ Could mentoring have a negative impact?  
4️⃣ How can I benefit from technical mentoring without it messing with my mindset?  

The attendance was fantastic, the discussions were open and honest, and participants left with plenty of actionable ideas they could immediately apply to their work or while seeking support in their journey.
